PERMATA BANK Payment Guide

Payment Via Permata ATM

1. On the main menu, select Other Transactions
2. Select the Payment menu
3. Choose Other Payment
4. Select Virtual Account
5. Enter the Virtual Account Number (example: 7136XXXXXXXXXX)
6. The amount to be paid and the account number will appear on the payment
7. Confirmation page. If the information is correct, select True.

Payment Via Permata Mobile X

1. Open the Permata Mobile X app
2. Enter Password
3. Choose Pay Bill
4. Select Virtual Account
5. Enter the Virtual Account Number (example: 7136XXXXXXXXXX)
6. Select Account
7. Enter the payment amount
8. Payment confirmation appears
9. Enter Mobile PIN
10. Transaction complete.

Payment Via PermataNet

1. Go to the PermataNet website
2. Enter User ID and Password
3. Select Bill Payment
4. Select Virtual Account
5. Enter the 16 digit payment code (example: 7136XXXXXXXXXX)
6. Enter the payment amount
7. Payment confirmation appears
8. Enter Mobile PIN
9. Transaction complete

Payment Through M-Banking Other Banks

1. Open the m-Banking application that you want to use
2. Select the Transfer menu
3. Choose Transfer Between Banks/to Other Banks
4. Select the destination bank, namely Bank Permata
5. Enter the 16 digit payment code (example: 7136XXXXXXXXXX)
6. Enter the payment amount
7. Payment confirmation appears
8. Enter Mobile PIN
9. Transaction complete

Payment Through ATM Bersama/Prima/Alto Network

1. Enter ATM card
2. Select the Transfer menu
3. Choose Transfer to Another Bank
4. If via ATM network ALTO & ATM Bersama: Enter PermataBank code (013) + payment code (example: 7136XXXXXXXXXX)
5. If via ATM PRIMA network: Enter PermataBank code (013), press TRUE, followed by payment code (example: 7136XXXXXXXXXX)
